Helping Out With the Potluck

Back by popular demand: The Great Lakes Region Mega Potluck (aka Polish Alley)!

As with previous potlucks, the Great Lakes Region will provide ham and bread for the "Main Course", but we still need all the trimmings so be sure to bring a dish to share!

We need baked beans (in their own crock pots please!), salads, quality dessert items such as cookies and brownies and side dishes, but be sure to bring your own serving dishes and serving utensils. Electricity will be available for crock pots. Refrigerators will be available for items that need to be kept cold, such as salads.

Please note that we especially need to know if you are planning to bring a Grand Cake, as there will be a separate area set up for those and we want to make sure there is enough room for all of them! If you are bringing a Grand Cake, it would also be a good idea to bring plates and forks for it, as well as a knife to cut it.

Please complete and submit the form below to help us with planning.... We can TRY not to have nothing but baked beans this way! :) If the item you're planning to bring is not included in the drop down list, please select "Other" and then enter your item information in the "Remarks" section.

Volunteers are also needed to help set up and run the potluck, so if you are able to help with this, please let us know by mentioning that in the "Remarks" section.

For more information, either enter your question in the "Remarks" section below and click Submit, or contact Eve Russell, our Director of Potluck Extravaganzas, at eve24@earthlink.net.

Thanks and see you there!
