The meeting of the Great Lakes Region was called to order by Regional Director Liz Watson. In the absence of Regional Secretary Rachel Anger, the minutes were taken by Susan Johnson.
Clubs: CFA indicates we still have some delinquent clubs. Don't lose the opportunity to vote due to failure to provide dues and membership list.
Regional Show: The following "perks" will be offered:
- Exhibitor appreciation - Canadians at par
- Working with IAMS for a "free breakfast"
- Sunday send-off snack
- Vicki Jackson is show photographer
Duplicate awards must be must requested by the middle of May. If you miss the deadline, you must order and pay at the banquet and they will be shipped.
Calendar Project: One option is like the Northwest Region. Another option was similar to a Russian example, which there was agreement on.

Miscellaneous:
- Red/white/blue rosettes are needed for the Regional show
- Donations for the Regional show to sponsor rings ($150/ring)
- Raffle items needed
Regional Assessments: Be sure your club is paid up. Clubs must settle their accounts. See Susan Johnson to inquire.
